We shave a full setup of Riley Hopkins equipment. We are in the process of getting all of our equipment organized and ready for sale. We do this directly out of our double car garage and could take less area if we wanted. Below are the main pieces if equipment we have.
Riley Hopkins 6 color 4 station press, RyoCure 8' x 24" belt curing dryer, Riley Hopkins Flash dryer, Summa 24" vinyl cutter for shirts and you can cut for business and vehicle stickers with older laptop and programs. Ryonet Rxp exposure unit, homemade screen dryer, 75-100 aluminum screens, tons of ink and shirt vinyl. Older heat press and hat press and everything, to much to list that I have to go with it. Lol. $14,000
This setup, with a 2 person team, can put out 100+ one color shirts per hour!

Well it's been a great 7yr run and we would like to say Thank You to the many customers we had over that time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! That being said when we started this deal it was our intention to have this during our retirement years to give us something to do. We have a new plan now and I don't think all of this equipment will fit into our forever camper we pick up next week. Lol.
If you look back at our last post it was over 3 yrs ago. If their was anything good about the Covid shut down is that it came at the right time for us. We were running crazy and couldn't keep up. Something we started just for extra turned into damn near a full time job. This wasn't our main source of income so we decided to quit advertising and taking on new customers at the Covid shutdown. I can honestly say it was very nice to not come home from work every night and go straight to garage and work on shirts. Lol. So much that we never started back to that point again.
We are putting together a list of equipment and supplies in the next few days for sale. We will not part out and want to sell it as a whole. Here is what I can tell you. If you want to make some money in this business you can if you want to put in the time. My problem was I had a hard time saying no and tried to do to much. Lol. I have a price on the back of my head and a person could easily payoff the equipment in one year like we did. We ran it debt free for 6 of the 7 years and added equipment along the way! Please check, double check and triple check your spellings you send us to print. We print what you send us! Once it's on the shirt it's a done deal.

Hey everyone! Yes we are still alive. Lol. We started out this year just like we ended last year....Busy. We are so blessed to have the customer base we have and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
That being said please keep in mind we are a very small business and can only do so much. Sometimes, unfortunately, we have to turn work down because of time restraints. Our main goal is to deliver and not disappoint. Every time we purchase a piece of equipment we are looking toward the future of this little adventure. Looking forward to the day we will not have to say no!! It's coming and maybe sooner than I ever imagined. 😍😍😍

I hate that we haven't posted in such a long time but we have been busy working on orders.
Margie wore this shirt to school today and had several people want one. We are going to do a mass order on this one and need all orders in by Monday December 16th at noon. We will have them ready for delivery on Wed. Dec.18th.

Any teachers Pre-K thru 5th grade in the Chillicothe School District are eligible for this one of a kind deal. We are going to donate, to one lucky teacher, a class themed T-shirt for the entire class! It gets better! We know first hand the amount of time and personal money teachers put into their rooms so we are going to throw in $100 for the winning teacher to use for their room any way they choose!!!ðŸ˜ģðŸ˜ģðŸ˜ģðŸ˜ģðŸ˜ģðŸ˜ģ

Good afternoon everyone. This old boy is tired! We are looking for someone who wants to make some extra cash. We have 40-50 used screens that need to be cleaned to be reused. We will supply the cleaning supplies. You will need a garden hose, spray nozzle and water but a power washer works faster and better. The required work would be removing all screen tape then cleaning remaining ink off. The final step will be applying cleaner then scrubbing and power washing clean.
$5 per screen. I can normally do 7-8 an hour if I hurry.

Hey everyone I haven't posted forever and thats a good thing. We are still kicking. The print room has been very hot lately with that big ol' curing dryer going. We are so thankful that we have acquired a great group of repeat customers that keep us jumping. We do the best we can to get everyone done but sometimes reality tells our 2 person team that we have to tell people no. We forget that now and then and probably take on more than we should. ðŸĪŠðŸĪŠðŸĪŠðŸĪŠ.
We will be closed the first 2 weeks of August so if you need some last minute apparel give us a call!

Good morning everyone! It has been a long time since we have posted but rest assured we are still around. I want to thank all of our customers for being very patient with us the past month and a half. I believe everyone knew I was running for re-election for the city council and we took the last month or so off and really campaigned hard! The people who needed things done quickly we referred them to other suppliers. We also had a long list of people who had no time frame and have waited on us. Thank you so much and know we truly appreciate it!
This week we will finish off a large order for Stewart Johnson Construction and the Chillicothe Elks Lodges annual order. Moving forward we have KCHI artwork finalized and the Steam Team 5K shirts for next week!
