On July 23rd, the New River Health District and Radford CARES are partnering to offer school and sports physicals and back-to-school immunizations. Scan the QR code on the attached flyer to request your appointment(s). Once submitted, a member of the CARES Mobile Health Clinic team will contact you to finalize scheduling.
