She is going to be participating in the Rose Hill Funeral Home & Burial Park Walk For Wreaths Fun Run.

Wreaths Across America is a nonprofit organization that sponsors wreaths for military and veteran graves for the holiday season.

With that she is collecting wreath donations and will be presenting Rose Hill with a donation the day of the race. Wreaths are $17 and any amount helps. She is hoping to sponsor 25 wreaths for a total of $425
From now until November 11 Lucy will be collecting donations, for each wreath she collects, she will walk one mile.

Mattel has a petition to make a

Please please please help make this a reality for children everywhere.
Funeral directing is a business that isn’t going anywhere. Death is a part of the circle of life. Death is often ignored and looked over because of what it is.
My kids depend on the funeral business to help their childhood. I depend on the funeral business to make my children’s wants and needs available.

By signing the petition below, we will hopefully get Mattel’s attention to see that Barbie (and girls and boys everywhere) can be whatever they want to be.
