The Weight of Words 🗣️
🙏🏼 It started last Sunday on a quiet chair listening to the pastor deliver a message on marriage, divorce, and the enduring impact of speech. Challenging the old childhood saying "sticks and stones may break my bones..." implying that words cannot truly harm, he leaned heavily into a sobering truth: words carry the power of life and death.
To anchor his point, he shared Proverbs 18:21—reminding everyone that what we speak takes root, lingers, and shapes reality long after the breath has left our lips.
That message struck a chord, turning into a visual design born from the sermon's core message:
