These Red Wings came in worn down with the original sole. We gave them a full leather resole with sole protector and Topy rubber heels — built to handle another decade of hard use.

Are you ready to resole your boots?

03/06/2026

We’ve just completed a full resole on these Red Wing work boots using the industry-standard Vibram Christy #4014. ⚒️✨

What makes the Vibram Christy #4014 the professional’s choice?

• The Comfort: Known for its lightweight, blown-rubber composition, the 4014 provides exceptional shock absorption for long days on your feet.

• The Silhouette: It maintains that classic, clean wedge profile that defined the original aesthetic of iconic American work boots.

• Traction & Durability: Engineered to offer a steady grip on a variety of surfaces while resisting the premature wear common in cheaper, imitation soles.

By choosing to resole, you’re preserving the custom-molded leather upper that has already shaped perfectly to your foot.

Are your soles looking a little thin? Don’t wait until you’re walking on the welt—send them in for a Christy refresh today! 👇

We’re officially approaching the Birkenstock season. It is now the perfect time for a refresh.

Why should you repair them, you may ask?

1. Skip the Break-In: Your footbeds are already perfectly molded to your feet. Why start over with a stiff new pair when you can keep that custom comfort?

2. Beat the Rush: Don’t wait until the first 80-degree day to realize your sandals are shot. Beat the spring rush and get your rotation workshop-ready now.

3. True luxury is maintenance. A well-loved, well-repaired pair of Birks tells a story that a box-fresh pair never could.

From the workbench to your feet. 🛠️

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at a pair of classic dress shoes undergoing a premium restoration. We are currently executing a full resole using the finest material in the industry: Joh. Rendenbach (JR) leather.

The stitching you see running along the perimeter of the sole is the hallmark of Goodyear Welt construction, widely considered the pinnacle of footwear engineering.

We use a heavy-duty decorative and functional lockstitch that anchors the new Jr leather sole directly to the welt—a strip of leather that runs along the perimeter of the shoe upper. This particular process creates high-tension, uniform loops that ensure the sole remains bonded even under extreme flex and pressure.

Most people think shoe lifts are just for extra height, but for our clients, they are the secret to finally walking pain-free.

If you suffer from Leg Length Discrepancy (LLD), you know that even a few millimeters of difference can lead to significant pelvic tilt, chronic lower back pain, and premature joint wear.

When you’re looking for professional shoe modifications, it’s important to find specialists like us who understand the mechanics of orthopedic build-ups.

When you come to the shop, bring a prescription from a podiatrist, chiropractor, or physical therapist. It should specify the exact height needed (e.g., “1/2 inch lift on the right shoe”).
Ask for a “Sandwich” Build-up: This is the gold standard for aesthetics. Instead of just slapping a slab of rubber on the bottom, we “split” your original sole, inserts the lift material in the middle, and then re-attaches your original tread on the bottom. It makes the lift much less noticeable.

Invest in your long-term mobility. Bring your footwear to to have it professionally leveled.

These boots skipped the traditional white sole, and instead undergone a bespoke Vibram Christy Resole in a rare camouflage pattern.

The Vibram camouflage sole offers the same lightweight, shock-absorbing comfort as the original but adds a custom, modern edge for the aficionado who values individual expression alongside heritage quality.

These Brogue Cap-Toe Oxford Boots have just received the ultimate longevity treatment: Flush Brass Toe Taps

You’ll notice the gleaming gold hardware at the tip of the sole. These are Flush-Mounted Triumph Toe Plates and they are a game-changer for shoe maintenance.

1. Stop the Scuff: The toe is the first part of a leather sole to wear down, often thinning out long before the rest of the shoe.

2. Precision Installation: Unlike “tap” plates that sit on top, these are recessed into the leather so they sit perfectly level (flush) with the sole.

3. Silent Protection: Because they are flush, they don’t click-clack like old-fashioned metal taps; they provide silent, invisible armor for your walk.
