As you all have probably noticed, after putting out the Patriotic Collection, I took a little time to create some clothing for myself and work on a few custom orders (which I can't wait to share so watch for more posts to come 👀).

Some fabrics tell a story.

This military~inspired print is a reminder of the men and women who have answered the call to serve, sacrificing time with family, personal comforts, and often so much more. While these handmade pieces are simple accessories, they carry a design that reflects courage, commitment, and love of country.

This Wristlet & Pouch and Clip~On Sunglasses Case were created with that spirit in mind~practical items for everyday life, made from a fabric that honors those who stand watch so others can enjoy the freedoms often taken for granted.

As I stitched each piece, I couldn't help but think about the service members, veterans, and military families whose strength is often seen in quiet ways.

A personal project from my sewing space. ☀️🧵

Yesterday I set aside some time to make myself a pair of summer shorts. Most of my sewing time is spent creating for my shop or for others, so it felt good to make something just for me. Especially with this Americana Heart Patch fabric that I had extra of because it's perfect for the season! 🥰

I'm grateful for the ability God has given me to create with my hands and turn simple pieces of fabric into something useful and beautiful. ✨️✝️
