The Lake Area Quilters Guild will meet this evening with social time at 6:30 and business meeting starting at 7 pm. We will meet at The Church of Christ in Clear Lake, IA. Bring show and tell, lottery blocks and come to have a good time. Sorry this is such a last minute reminder, summer activities are getting the best of me.

The regular meeting of The Lake Area Quilters' Guild will be held this Thursday evening with social time/ lunch to begin at 6:30 pm and the business meeting will begin at 7 pm. We will meet at the Church of Christ in Clear Lake, IA. We will be having show and tell, wheel chair quilt contest, showing of the jackets and bags made in the classes from the last couple of weeks and the reveal of the round robin quilts. Come and join us to see what everyone has been making over the last few months. Board members please remember the board meeting will begin at 6 pm.

The regular scheduled meeting of the Lake Area Quilters' Guild will be held this coming Thursday evening, April 2nd, 2026 at the Church of Christ in Clear Lake, IA. The evening will begin at 6pm with the board meeting held in one of the classrooms. Social time will begin at 6:30 pm with the meeting to start at 7 pm. Please keep in mind we still have a few offices to fill, so please consider holding an office, it's a great experience to meet others on more of a one on one basis.
Members please bring any merchandise for the raffle baskets that you wish to donate. Bring show and tell.
Our program is a garage sale of quilty things you wish to sell to others. Please have your items marked with name/ initials and the selling price ( even dollars make it easy for the bookkeepers). Also make sure your tags are easily removable.
Wow that is alot of info- come and have some fun!!!

Social time will begin at 6:30 with a snack, and the meeting will begin at 7pm. Please bring show and tell. Visitors are always welcome! Board members please remember there will be a board meeting at 6pm before social time.

Guild members, just to let you know a quilters garage sale is being planned for our April Meeting. Please mark your items clearly with the price and your initials (all 3 initials) and some distinct marking or distinct price tag. Please make your tags be easily removed from the item but that it will stay on the item until it is purchased. Prices should be even dollars. More details at next meeting!

The evening will begin at 6:30 with social time, and the business meeting will begin at 7pm on February 5, 2026. Upcoming things to think about- possible jacket class, board nominations, and charity quilts are in need. Charity needs include lap quilts, baby quilts, twin size quilts, placemats and pillowcases. Come and join us Thursday evening for some quilty conversations!!
