Magnesium spray. No added colors or fragrances. I use 5 sprays on each foot at bedtime. I sleep better and the next day I feel great. I notice when I forget to use it. It lasts quite a while. I’ve been using the same bottle for a couple of months and it’s still half full. $10. Pickup in Clemmons.
