Our recommendation is simple.

Most formal gown alterations take 3 to 4 weeks, while custom design changes typically require 4 to 5 weeks. We also recommend having your gown completed 1 to 2 weeks before your event, giving you time for final preparations without last minute stress.

Our books are now closed for all July and August weddings and events, and we are so grateful for another incredible season! 🤍

We currently have limited availability remaining for September and October weddings, so if you’re a fall bride, now is the time to schedule your alterations.

Our bridal alterations process typically takes 8 to 10 weeks, allowing plenty of time for multiple fittings and the perfect finishing touches before your wedding day.

This is one of the questions we’re asked most often, and the answer is simple…

As soon as you say YES to your dress! 🤍

Our online appointment scheduler is open up to one year in advance, and we encourage brides to reserve their appointment as soon as they’ve found their gown.

Why book so early?

Because we intentionally limit the number of bridal gowns we accept each month so every client receives the personalized care and attention they deserve. If you wait until you’re within the recommended alteration timeline to schedule your first appointment, you may find that our calendar is already full for that timeframe.

Booking early doesn’t mean your alterations will begin right away. It simply reserves your place on our schedule so you’re ready when it’s time to start.

If you’re getting married soon and are worried you’ve waited too long, don’t panic! We may still be able to help. Depending on our availability, we may be able to accommodate your gown with a rush appointment.
