This week’s Business Spotlight is Mountain Field Market, located at 525 Main Street in downtown Clifton Forge!

Mountain Field Market is all about local farmers bringing good food to good people. Stop in for humanely raised local beef, chicken, lamb, and pork by the pound, along with homemade breads, locally sourced goods, and products from other area farmers and artisans.

Its September 1st, time to "Hike the Forge".

Hike the Forge is coming this September!

Get outside and explore Clifton Forge during our month-long Hike the Forge Challenge! Throughout September, we’re inviting residents and visitors to hit the trails, discover some of our favorite outdoor spaces, and have a little fun along the way.

Hike 4 of our 5 featured trails and earn local prizes!

We’ll also have guided trail hikes and special kids’ events throughout the month, so there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved—whether you’re a regular hiker or exploring these trails for the first time.

Tonight we are having a Beach Party for Fridays in the Forge. The beaches will be back for the kids to enjoy along with entertainment for the adults. Festivities begin at 6pm.
