July wasn’t my best month—mentally or physically.
Between back and foot issues, complete brain overload, a sick baby, machine problems, and some major life changes happening behind the scenes, it felt like I was constantly trying to keep my head above water.
To anyone who was affected by my delays, slower communication, or simply not being the version of myself I strive to be every day, I’m truly sorry.
I’ve been running this business for a long time, wearing every single hat imaginable. And if I’m being completely honest… I’m tired. My body is tired. My mind is tired.
The best way I can describe it is that it feels like I’ve been running a marathon for years, and I’m finally approaching the finish line. I’m exhausted, but I can finally see a future where I don’t have to run every mile alone. That’s why you’re starting to see changes within my business. I’m bringing people in, building a team, and learning to let others help so I can become the best version of myself again—not just for my business, but for my family and for me.
Every single day I’ve been working to improve, to be better, and to build systems that will make both me and my business stronger. Sometimes that progress doesn’t happen as quickly as I’d like—or as quickly as others would like—but I’m committed to moving forward.
This month reminded me that my health matters. Rest matters. Asking for help matters. And I’ve realized that if I want this business to continue growing, I have to stop believing I have to carry it all by myself.
I will never take my health—or the people who have stood beside me during my lowest moments—for granted.
Thank you for your patience, your grace, and for continuing to believe in me. I promise I’m not giving up. I’m simply learning that strength isn’t doing everything alone. Sometimes strength is trusting others to help carry the weight so you can keep going. 💜
