We want to take a moment to update everyone regarding the recent preorder arrival for the scalloped short sets. After receiving the shipment, we were disappointed to find that the items did not fully meet the quality and appearance standards we expect for our customers or the expectations set when the preorder was originally posted.
Because of this, we have currently paused fulfillment while we work directly with the vendor to resolve the issue. We have officially disputed the order and were advised the resolution process may take approximately 7–14 days. We are hopeful to have a final answer very soon so we can provide everyone with a definite option for moving forward.
Our customers mean everything to us, and we would never feel right sending out products that we are not fully satisfied with ourselves. We believe in being honest and transparent, even when situations are outside of our control.
At this time, we are working toward the best possible solution, which may include:�• Offering customers the option to receive the item with a partial refund�OR�• Offering a full refund for those who no longer wish to receive the item.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration this may cause. Thank you so much for your patience, grace, and continued support of our small business while we navigate this situation. We promise to continue keeping everyone updated throughout the process. 💓

‼️I am just now @ 11:30pm catching up with our messages on the JoJo& Kates page. For anyone that sent us one today regarding paying an invoice or picking up paid items- I apologize that we didn't get them 😢😩.

‼️When our home internet goes out--- for some reason our Verizon phones (our ability to use phone data and go online) goes out also and we can only make calls and barely can send a text. This started around 7:30 this morning and finally just now back working! 👏

🙏🏻I apologize for any communication that didn't get relayed properly for those who may have stopped by for a pickup that was not yet in the bin 😢. Thank you for your understanding!!! All invoices paid by Wednesday night have been processed and your packages are in the pickup bin. All others will be available for pickup Friday (tomorrow) after 3:00 pm. If unsure the status of your packages- send a message and I can confirm before you stop by.

❤️Thanks again for your understanding! This was a quiet day that had our whole family "unplugged" for about 14 hours!!! 🙈
