Hi! Still here! Just quiet. 🤍 Taking the time to reflect and grow. We will be starting yoga classes again soon in Pittsburg NH and an outdoor class at Beaver Brook Falls in Colebrook NH. 🌞
You’ll be able to shop some of your fave apothecary options at the New Yoga Barn in Pittsburg and your other fave items will be available online again next week!🌿

We are scaling back from our previous endeavors so we can focus on your fave parts: cultivating a calm community together and finding joy in the little moments! Thankyou for your patience while we navigated some major life transitions! 🤍

In March she was diagnosed with AML, acute myeloid leukemia. It is a very aggressive form of blood cancer. We have been going through multiple rounds of chemo to achieve a level of what is considered remission for AML, a necessary step to be able to get the bone marrow transplant that will save her life.
Unfortunately none of her children or siblings are able to be donors. We are either not matches or not in good enough health. Her only 3 matches from donors in the registry are over seas.
The test kit is a mouth swab and is less invasive than a covid test.
The actual bone marrow donation process takes 6 hours, and is painless. Science has come a long way.

Hi Fam & Friends. If you know me irl you probably know that this has been a heavy couple of months for me personally, and that my decision to close the storefront in Colebrook was a bittersweet turning of a page. I am overwhelmed by how supportive my local neighborhood, virtual community, and long distance buddies have been in starting this new chapter. I have been very quiet because right now I am taking the time to process and reflect on the transitions I am experiencing. I believe in transparency and vulnerability and have always encouraged that, so I just wanted to open up and talk as a human being for a moment. I am a shop, sure. I’m a maker. I’m a very tiny business. I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a partner, a teacher, a student, a creator, a supporter, a dreamer, a planner, a hard ass worker, and a big time feeler. I want to share with you that all of these moving parts make it so there are a lot of cards on the table for me right now, yet, I’m very private about my personal life. I appreciate the grace and respect that I have been given to turn this page quietly and at my own pace because That’s what I prefer.

I look forward to the changes coming naturally and for what I have built with this little creative community to flourish into what it’s supposed to be. Thanks for the love while it unfolds ✨

Have you heard?! 🌿🌻 Spring always brings new life and we are so excited to lean in. Just like the seasons, CÅLM is ever changing 🏔 we are moving and shifting our focus.

Yoga Classes will be moving around the corner into our sweet little yoga barn. In addition to our current classes we will be hosting outdoor classes on sunny days 🌞
You’ll still be able to find some of your favorite feel good apothecary products on the shelves after class, but we are shifting our focus from a physical location back to our fave part- making & providing quality mindful products for quality mindful people ✨ Reach out for wholesale details if you are looking to stock CÅLM products on your shelves.
April will be our last month in the Main Street location and there will be some pretty sweet sales to help us unload some of our gorgeous bamboo clothing & home goods. Stay tuned for those details 💕
