🏖️ VACATION MODE: ON! 🎂💕

I am heading out for a much-needed girls’ weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday at my absolute favorite place… THE BEACH! 🌊☀️🥂

And I’m leaving with some GOOD NEWS — I FINALLY FINISHED MY JUNE ORDERS!! 🙌🏻🎉 When I get back, I’ll be refreshed and ready to roll through July & August orders!

I will still be answering messages while I’m away so I don’t come home completely overwhelmed. 😂 BUT… if you have an issue, problem, emergency, or fire that needs putting out, please save that message for September 1st. 🤣🔥 I can’t fix it from the beach, and we are protecting Court’s peace for a few days! 🏖️😆

Thank you ALL so much for your patience, grace, and understanding through all of my struggles these past few weeks. Between the craziness and my machine issues, it has definitely been a ride. 😅

RHINESTONE MACHINE UPDATE 💎

My rhinestone machine has officially been down for 3 days. 😭 It’s looking like the part I need won’t even ship out until tomorrow, so unfortunately I’m at the mercy of shipping and repair time right now.

I will also be out of town next Thursday–Monday.

If I’m getting close to the date you need your order and I do not have your deadline, PLEASE message me so I can make sure I have it noted.

I promise I do not take delays lightly. If anything, I’m probably stressing about your order more than you are. 😩 I hate being behind and I’m doing everything I can to get my machine back up and running as quickly as possible.

Hi! 💕 It’s my crazy busy season, so I want to explain how my digital mockup process works before you request one.

✨ Digital Mockups Require a $50 Deposit ✨

The $50 deposit is applied toward your final invoice when you place your order. If you decide not to order, the deposit is non-refundable.

Why do I require a deposit?

1. 💗 It gets you on my list. I work from paid invoices/deposits, so this allows me to officially add your project to my workflow.
2. 💎 Custom designing takes time. Creating your mockup is part of the work that goes into your custom order and my time has value.
3. ✨ It protects my designs. Unfortunately, I’ve spent time creating custom concepts only to have them taken elsewhere to be recreated for less. The deposit helps protect the time and creativity I put into your design.

I completely understand wanting to see something before committing, but please take a look at my previous work before requesting a mockup. If you don’t like my design style or don’t feel comfortable trusting me to create something you’ll love, Courtini Boutique may simply not be the right fit for your project—and that’s okay! 💕

I put a lot of time, experience, and creativity into every custom design I create. Please keep this policy in mind when messaging me about a mockup.

I want to clear something up because I completely worded the part of my post regarding Top Gun incorrectly.

Top Gun had absolutely nothing to do with this transaction. This transaction was solely between me and an individual parent, and I do not want my original wording to imply that the gym was involved or responsible in any way.

I actually specifically asked the parent about using the “Top Gun” name before making the items. I have been doing this for a long time and work with a lot of gyms, so I am very aware that gyms have their own policies regarding the use of their names, logos, and branding. I was told it was okay, and I took her word for it. I have never had an issue with this in the past.

My issue is solely with the individual who placed the order, received the custom items, and then disputed the charges. It was never my intention to bring negative attention to Top Gun or make it appear that the gym had any involvement in what happened.

I apologize for wording that part of my original post incorrectly and wanted to make sure I corrected it. ❤️

We are all adults! 😂 Please don’t have a gym coming for me because you decided to break the rules!

Every gym has different policies regarding the use of its name, team name, logo, and branding. It is your responsibility to know and follow your gym’s policies and any agreements you have with them.

As a business owner, I want to be able to trust you when you tell me you have permission to use a gym or team name.

If your gym requires approval before ordering, no problem! I’m always happy to create a digital mockup for you to submit for approval first. 💕

School starts TOMORROW. 📚

Apparently God looked at my to-do list and said,
“Girl… go buy those kids some school clothes.” 😂😂

So off to the mall I go with 3 kids, 3 different ages, 3 completely different opinions and approximately ZERO patience. 🛍️💸🤣

I’m sure this will be a relaxing afternoon. 😭😂
