You ever heard of Gildan T-Shirts?

Of course you have! If you’ve ever played a sport or little league or anything… they’re almost always printed on those brands of shirts.

So I got to tour the mill today that turns the cotton into the fibers for their products! These guys buy MASSIVE quantities of cotton. To the tune of almost ELEVEN MILLION pounds of it per WEEK! That’s about 18,000 acres of cotton per week that go into production of Gilden shirts.

Here in their ten US production plants, they buy only US grown cotton. Approximately 45% of US spun yarns go directly in to this brand. Mindblown yet?? I am! 🤯
