My goal yesterday was to IMMERSE our attendees in the Colorado Springs Bridal Boutique culture that I have built over the past 20 years.

So many things I am teaching inside BOSS are hard earned lessons I learned by being IN my store week in and week out.

Once you start to immerse yourself in these kinds of places- often thats when it all starts to click.

So many of them are working overtime to build extraordinary teams, stores, and experiences for so many and the hope is that they are going home believing MORE is possible for them than they once thought.

So much dreaming happened yesterday - but now is where the real work begins! We are HUGE FANS of these owners and the work they are doing in their cities!
