Today I felt like I had won The World Series when I saw that smile on his face. This is a genuinely amazing man who is providing care and change to our country. His hat was the perfect color, style, and to settle my nervous heart....the perfect fit. It was such a pleasure to hear his stories and his passion for what he does.

Out with the old, in with the new. Really happy with this restoration, which was done on a 30 yr old hat. I washed it, reblocked, put a new sweatband, and a new liner. The customer wanted a reshape to a "Longmire," style crease. It's amazing what can be done to the felt over years of wear and tear. That's why I only use beaver felt when making custom hats, it truly lasts.
