To initiate a return or exchange, please contact [email protected] with your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.
* If a return is received without an approved request, your return will be rejected and shipped back to you.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. Returns that are eligible for a refund or replacement will be refunded or replaced, in our sole discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it, complete with tags and no makeup/deodorant or other stains or marks. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Earrings, purses, wristlets, necklaces, bracelets, rings, accessories, jewelry, and custom orders may not be returned and are not eligible for replacement or refund. Items purchased from a sale or last chance section of website, or using any discount code are not eligible for replacement or refund. Please note that all returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee and any shipping costs will not be refunded to you. You are also solely responsible for shipping the item back to the store. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or offer store credit or replacement. If we issue a refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Cancellations
Once an order is placed, there will be no cancellations. No exceptions.
