⚡ A QUICK ZAP’D BRAND CLARIFICATION ⚡
Because there appears to be some confusion, we want to make something very clear:
Zap’D Permanent Jewelry is an independently owned and operated business and is not affiliated with, partnered with, or associated with any other permanent jewelry company.
We absolutely support small businesses supporting small businesses. 🩷 We also believe every business has the right to protect the brand, reputation, customer relationships, content, and identity it has worked hard to build.
For three years, we have invested an incredible amount of time, work, travel, training, relationships, and love into building Zap’D into the brand it is today.
When our business content is shared from another permanent jewelry business page, it can understandably create the impression that the two businesses are connected. We simply asked that our content be removed from another permanent jewelry business page so there could be no confusion about that relationship.
This was never about discouraging support for small businesses.
It was about protecting the identity of ours.
If you see Zap’D at an event, collaboration, pop-up, or partnership, you can always trust that official Zap’D appearances and partnerships will be announced directly through us.
