Hey Y’all!

Happy New Year! I hope 2022 is off to a great start for you all!

Sistas Of Liberty Apparel is a business that I started to help represent, empower, and promote the equity of women of color through various ethnic depictions of the Statue If Liberty. My little sister is the driving force behind everything that I do in my life, and as a big brother, I look at it as my duty to ensure that she has all the tools and confidence necessary to succeed. Furthermore, having attended schooling in which I had to wear a uniform from when I was 4 years old until I was 18 years old, I realized when I got to college that there was a lack of representational clothing on the market. Thus, I wanted to create visuals that everybody could wear that had the potential to inspire WOC like my little sister achieve whatever it is that they set their minds to. And so began Sistas Of Liberty Apparel.

As we wrap up our 3rd year, we are blessed to have released 9 different designs, representing 7 different ethnicities, donated nearly $1k to organizations that also help represent and empower women of color, been recognized by people and organizations such as , and most importantly, to have created an awesome community that shares the ideals of this mission.

Don’t be worried though… We’re not going anywhere! Rather, I am doing some revising, reconnecting with our roots, and making tweaks to make SOL an even more impactful and intentional brand!

This has always been a peoples-first brand so if you have any words of advice, thoughts, ideas, or just want to say hi, our DM will always be open!
