PATCH FEATURE: PVC PATCHES

Looking for a patch that really makes your logo stand out? PVC patches are a great way to add detail, color, and dimension to your hats.

Each patch starts with a custom mold made specifically for your design. The PVC is then formed in that mold, allowing to create raised details, multiple colors, and sharp lines that give your logo a unique 3D look.

This is the final batch of hats being made in our current shop.

This little shop has been where thousands of custom hats have come to life, countless late nights have been spent, and 920 Hat Co. has grown more than I could have imagined.

The next batch? It'll be made in our new shop, stay tuned for an update on that!
