This morning, I ran 5K run streak day, 4000 on a treadmill in New Jersey. Thank you to Jesus for making this day possible. Thank you to my wife and kids for all the years of encouragement and love. And thank you to all my friends for standing behind me, cheering me on and running with me! For 4000 days in a row I have always been able to get the run done no matter how my body feels, or where I am in the world. I am forever grateful!

Jennifer and I are heartbroken for Wendy and Scott. Alex used to ride his bike and sometimes run with his mom in the greenway when he was little. He would always come to Streakers and present me with the painted rocks that he found in the greenway with a big smile on his face. I still have those rocks on display at Streakers. He brought joy and happiness to everyone. To know him was to love him. Wendy and Scott we are so sorry…we love you both. Streakers family please pray for them to find strength during this difficult time.
