Bitty Blankies Welcome to Bitty Blankies! I specialize in custom baby and children's quilts. I have been sewing and making quilts for over 20 years. It is truly my passion!

I have always been told that I should sell my quilts, but it wasn't until recently that I really believed that I COULD. The final 'push' was when I saw the reaction of my sweet friend as she opened the Ladybug quilt that I made for her daughter. That smile filled me with so much sunshine! I just knew that Bitty Blankies needed to become a reality. Where did the name come from, you ask? You might t

hink that it is short for "Itty Bitty Blankies", which would be logical since these are mainly baby quilts...but no. My lifelong best friend has always lovingly called me "Bitty" and I have always called her "Bag". So when I needed a name, Bitty Blankies seemed perfect. After all, it was her momma that taught me to make quilts :)
