It was so exciting to have Melissa and her son Patrick at SewCreativeThreads today as our 400th All Michigan Shop Hop friends!
Every 100th shop hopper, we will do a drawing from those who have already hopped in to Constantine. The person whose name is drawn will receive a gift certificate in the mail! This drawing winner is ⭐️Teresa Klein⭐️ from Muskegon!

💙💚♥️ Today was pillow case day! Keldan (9) made a cat print pillowcase, Koen (8) made a panda print one, and Keaton (6) made a dinosaur one.
All 3 of the boys used the PFAFF icon 2 and really did nice jobs! 🐈🐼🦖

I do have pillow case kits available in the store, but if you’re looking for specific colors or themes, I’m happy to cut them just for you! They make great gifts!

♥️ Look at this beauty! She’s a 1953 Singer 301A. If you know me, you know I’ve been looking for one for a while. Even though this isn’t the *exact* one I was looking for, it’s the one that found me. ♥️

She came in a cabinet, but no power cord. I’ve hardly had time to mess with her, but I did give her a quick once over and plugged her in today. She runs beautifully! I can’t post a video with the photo, so the video is in the comments.

➡️Some fun facts about the Singer 301A…⬅️
💠The “A” designation means that it was made in Singer’s Anderson, SC plant.
💠It is known as the “big sister” to the Singer Featherweight. They share many of the same components, including bobbins, bobbin case & power/foot controls. However, the 301 is a slant needle machine.
💠They do not have a belt! Instead, they are driven by gears, making them incredibly powerful and dependable.

I put him on the PFAFF icon 2, and slowed it wayyyyy down. I have to say, his quarter inch is more accurate than mine! 😅
