How can your organization participate?
1. For 2026, Community Arts of Elmira is announcing a brand-new and exciting "Community Stenciling" feature for teen/adult volunteers on the pillars of the historic Elmira Promenade between W. Water and W. Gray Streets! Register here https://forms.gle/i7t7sMdVRMiAyzgQ7 as individuals, schools, groups or organizations to help us paint pre-cut stencils with a pre-set palette highlighting the theme of Our Community - Water, transforming the historic space alongside professional muralists, celebrating our remarkable Chemung River wildlife!
