An end of an era! Oak and Vintage is making the transition out of Renaissance Antiques this month. We are so grateful for our time at Ren and it will always hold a special place within us but we are looking forward to new opportunities and growth for Oak and Vintage. If you are local and you’ve had your eye on something from us at Ren this is your chance to get it at the shop before October 31st.

We will also be donating a portion of our sales to help with Hurricane Milton and Hurricane Helene relief efforts. If anyone has any suggestions of where to donate please dm me or leave a comment below

So I think I want to start doing a little series on here that plays into my love for old homes and interiors. One thing I love about sourcing vintage is not only the hunt of it all but also the beautiful places I get to visit while I’m sourcing. I love walking into an older home and instantly being memorized by all of the originals details and characteristics that really shows the homes age.

This home that’s being featured was quite charming and eclectic. Not only did I love all of the sweet original characteristics such as the original black and white tiling in the guest bathroom or the phone niche in the hallway but I also loved all of the personal touches that was added by the owner. From paint colors, to wallpaper, to light fixtures and vintage hardware this home was a treasure trove of inspiration that felt Pinterest worthy in my eyes.

I hope you all enjoy this new little series. I’m not sure when I’ll post the next one but definitely more to come in the future! ✨
