Late 60s early 70s sleeveless maxi dress by Lillie Rubin. This delightful dress features a high neck and a vibrant blue psychedelic paisley print. The gold metallic thread polka dots and a significant front slit really makes it POP!

It even comes with a matching jacket, which in my opinion looks rather matronly when paired with the dress. However, the jacket would totally work as a separate.
