A full circle moment. For those of you who have been with us from the beginning, you may recognize this photo as our first post to this page.

The Belt Collective is excited to be ending this microbusiness project with the most profit over stretch throughout the teams and moving on to recitation tomorrow at 9am to present about our company.

We could not have accomplished these achievements without the support of our community. Thank you to everyone who purchased a belt (or multiple 😉), followed our social media, or just supported us on our journey.

What a wonderful way to end our freshman year. Thank you! 😎

MEET THE TEAM MONDAY‼️

Meet Sam White, a member of our Marketing team.

Sam was born and raised in Albany, OR, and found a talent for marketing and advertising. Sam likes to snowboard and mountain bike and watch horror movies. He eventually found himself placing 1st in marketing and 7th in advertising for his region in FBLA. He also found a talent for editing videos together for school assignments. He also ran the student store for his high school for a year.

MEET THE TEAM MONDAY‼️

Meet Emilio Nastri, a member of our Operations team and one of The Belt Collective’s MVPs.

Emilio has lived in Central Oregon for about five years and is a big fan of the outdoors, spending time with family/friends, and ATV riding. He graduated high school first in his class and is now attending OSU for a Bachelor’s degree in finance. With his previous work set in the banking industry as a credit union teller, Emilio is looking to bring his prior knowledge and various skills to help our company be successful.

MEET THE TEAM MONDAY‼️

Meet Jake Brucker, a member of our Marketing team.

Jake is from Denver, CO, but has spent the last four years in New York, NY. He enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and has a passion for skiing and hiking. He has advertising and sales experience from his online Ebay store, selling products like shoes, clothes, and antiques. He worked as an irrigation installer for the last two summers, was a captain of his high school rugby team, a sports editor for his school newspaper, and graduated top 5% of his class. He is currently involved in Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and the Finance Club while pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance at OSU.

MEET THE TEAM MONDAY‼️

Meet Maylee Bezates, a member of our Operations Team.

Coming from both the city of Westfir and Milwaukee, Oregon, Maylee really enjoys hiking, cooking and baking, and hanging with her friends. She graduated high school as secretary of the national Honors Society, along with being Vice President of the student council. Now she is pursuing a business administration major with an option in merchandising management. Using skills from her former roles in these organizations, she is excited to pursue a microbusiness.
