Shop Spotlight: Laughing Otter Studios 🧵✨

This month we’re highlighting Laughing Otter Studios, a shop that feels less like a fabric store and more like a place to hang out. Guests bring their coffee, share what they’re working on, celebrate finished projects, and encourage each other through the challenging ones. Many say walking through the door feels like visiting an old friend, and their sweet Cockapoo pup Lucy Claire takes her job as official greeter very seriously.

The shop is inspired by color, a touch of whimsy, and fabrics that make people smile. Right now their guests are loving the Buzz Buzz Buzz line, the Americana charm of 1776, and their new favorite, Sunflower Serenade 🌻

My new collection “Pretty Little Things” with QT Fabrics is officially out today!
It started as a painting experiment I had burning in my brain- to paint some cosmos from my garden. It then blossomed- see what I did there- from there!
The bright pinks and glowy colours of cosmos make me so happy!
The flowers are all hand-painted with a few details added digitally.
