Bridal gown appliqué is often sewn with monofilament thread. Three lights, reading glasses, and decades of sewing help a lot, but threading a needle with clear thread is a daily challenge!

EXCITING NEWS EVERYONE!! In Stitches by Becky Scott is now an official donation location for Cinderella's Closet! (so new I'm not even on the website yet) I volunteered with them earlier this year, and it was such a heartwarming experience to watch the girls coming in for prom gowns and being treated like princesses.
