We are a small group of women who are trying to help change the lives of women around the world. Everyday women in developing countries are born into poverty, forced into marriage, childhood slavery, and s*x trafficking. They have few options because they are trapped by their culture, lack of education, status and suppressive life situations. Everyday women here in the states struggle with some of
the same issues, and they are more likely to live in poverty and be homeless than a man with the sole responsibility of the children. The amazing thing is that when given the opportunity, a woman can make positive change for her family - for her community. Because when a woman is at the center of change, anything is possible.
