🚨 ANOTHER HOME MARKET-READY! 🏡✨

Another one in the books for one of our returning REALTOR® clients! 💙 We truly appreciate the trust and repeat business.

This 1,500 sq. ft. home needed quite a bit of TLC before it could hit the market. Our goal? Help maximize its first impression and give potential buyers a home they’ll remember! 👌

🔨 Here’s what we tackled:
✅ Repaired and professionally finished extensive drywall damage
🚪 Replaced 5 interior doors
🧽 Removed wallpaper borders from 4 rooms
🎨 Primed all new doors and repaired wall areas
🏠 Removed and properly reinstalled 2 poorly hung faux beams in the cathedral ceilings
🖌️ Applied 2 fresh coats of premium Benjamin Moore paint to the ceilings, walls, trim, and doors
🛠️ Repaired the kitchen cabinets by replacing multiple hinges and installing a new Lazy Susan

The flooring was completed by another contractor, and together this home is now ready to welcome its next owners! 🙌

🚨 ANOTHER BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE! 🚨✨

Sometimes a simple refresh is all it takes to completely change the look and feel of a space! 🔥

This half bath was in the same home as our recent full bathroom remodel, and we gave it a clean, modern update to match the rest of the house. 🏡

✔️ Removed the old mud bed
✔️ Replaced with a new 3/4” subfloor
✔️ Repaired and finished the lower drywall to a smooth Level 3 finish
✔️ Skim-coated walls where the mirror and wallpaper were removed
✔️ Installed matching Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring
✔️ Installed a sleek 18” shaker vanity
✔️ Added new baseboards
✔️ Finished it off with stylish matte black fixtures and hardware for a clean, modern look.

🎨 The homeowner handled the painting, and together the finished result came together beautifully!

This bathroom was completely taken down to the studs and floor joists before we started building it back the right way!

🔥 Here’s what went into this transformation:

✔️ Removed old mud beds & installed a new 3/4” subfloor
✔️ Eliminated the window & installed a proper exhaust fan
✔️ Brand-new plumbing throughout
✔️ Insulated the exterior wall
✔️ Installed a deep steel bathtub with a beautiful surround
✔️ New drywall finished to a smooth Level 3 finish
🎨 Customer’s painter added the finishing color
✔️ New LVP flooring
✔️ New baseboards & vanity
✔️ Finished with stunning matte black fixtures for a bold, modern look.
