📞✨ PHONES & INTERNET ARE BACK UP! ✨📞
After being offline for about 3-4 days, I finally have functioning phones and internet! It turns out that Verizon and several other providers experienced outages. I spent an exhausting 3 hours at a Verizon store one day, followed by another 6 hours on the phone with customer service, where I was unfortunately hung up on four times and transferred a total of six times. Frustrated, I reached out to a wonderful customer who became a friend ❤️, and they directed me to Monique at T-Mobile. I was in and out of T-Mobile faster than I ever thought possible—definitely a far cry from my experience at Verizon!
I’m curious to know who else has been without internet and phone service over the past few days, and for how long?
If you’re in need of a new service provider, I highly recommend visiting Monique at the T-Mobile location in front of Academy.
I’ll be catching up on messages tomorrow afternoon, and I’m also getting ready to send out packages for the week. This will be my first round of shipments for the year, so plenty will be going out tomorrow!
Please keep using the online ChatBox in the bottom right corner, even if you haven’t received a response yet. I typically do follow-ups on Wednesdays and Fridays, but I missed this Wednesday due to the outages.
I have been getting a lot of messages asking when the website will be accessible again and will I be open for spring baseball/softball season. I will cover that in another post next week. Until then the website is locked and custom orders are still closed from September. I locked the website because people started ordering and I’m not ready to open yet for the season. I also needed to do an extensive audit and year end close. I have been on that since I returned back from Vacation on the 7th till now.
