When I was 6 years old I was baptized. I barely remember it. I have desired baptism for many years. Through the years I have been told, “You are not supposed to be baptized twice.” This has been heavy on my heart. I talked with Jesus about this….. this is what I heard! I couldn’t keep this to myself. I know you all don’t come to this page for this…..but sometimes you allow others to celebrate the blessings! I was baptized on August 7, 2026, Gatlinburg TN.

Many of you don’t know, but this is the five-year anniversary for me and Emotional Recovery Clinic. After being lost in the darkness of grief for 2 1/2 years. I finally found my way back to my faith and my refugee in Jesus through attending the very first Emotional Recovery Clinic in Alabama. I have been with them ever since. Serving with them and sharing my story gives purpose to my pain.
It is an honor every time I attend one of these gatherings.

Yesterday we drove through storms to be greeted by this guy! We are settling in for the week. Last night the team had a great talk about the Holy Spirit! The presence, the movement and strength of the Holy Spirit. This morning I got up early while everyone was sleeping and prayed in the rooms of the women who will be arriving soon.
I learn something new every time I am with this team and I always carry home a small piece of healing for my heart.
I also spent some time praying for the families on this page who have experienced loss. My heart is with you and may my prayers cover you.
I can’t begin to guess what the next few days will look like but I can tell you this….. Jesus has never failed us and he won’t this time either.
Join me in prayer for the women coming to begin their journey to wellness and for our team as we lay out our hearts and share our pain to comfort others as Christ has comforted us!!

When my daughter died, I thought my life was over. I could not imagine a day of me ever being able to smile or feel an ounce of joy. I wandered around in the darkness of my mind for 2 1/2 years, but I have a faithful God who waited for me, and now he has used every ounce of my pain to help others heal. Going to these conferences and sharing my pain and my redemption story heals my heart. I know now that I was made for more.

I have landed in KY!! I leave tomorrow to head to TN. I am treasure hunting as I go!!!

Good Morning from the Cottage! I am leaving today to go to a conference in TN. As many have you already know I am a part of a team who travels the United States with. Emotional Recovery Clinic. I get the opportunity to help women walk through hurt, pain and disappointments that they are having a difficult time processing. Because of this my page will have limited posts for the coming week.
I will be treasure hunting for us on my way there and on my way back.
