Important Boutique Policy Update 📣🚨

Happy post-Fourth of July, everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend.🇺🇸

To keep bringing you the best quality custom creations and boutique fashion, I am implementing two small changes to my ordering and pickup process starting today:

🎨50% Deposit on Personalized Items: This applies to all custom wooden letters, personalized shirts, and accessories. While I love getting your name orders finished quickly (usually within 2 to 3 business days!), it requires hours of work—including returning the next day for second coats of paint. Due to two separate occurrences this past month where custom work went unclaimed, this deposit protects the time and materials put into your unique pieces. Because these items are personalized, I am unable to resell them, which means my time and money becomes a total loss for me.

👗7-Day Pickup Window for Clothing: If you purchase boutique clothing items, please note they must be picked up within 7 days of me messaging you that they are ready, unless we've worked out another plan. I have limited shelf space and need to keep the racks clear for new inventory!
