Not sure why I couldn’t post this until now, but tomorrow: Saturday 12/13 from 12-5 I will be popping up at Croton Running Company. Stop by and visit and check out handcrafted items lovingly crafted from upcycled materials for all of your gift giving needs. With so much variety, there is bound to be something for everyone. There is also a shuttle provided by the ABC of Croton which can take people from multiple different craft fairs and pop ups, and to the local businesses of Croton. Kari Anderson

It may be freezing outside, but spring is right around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with gorgeous gardening supply aprons, lovingly fashioned from upcycled cotton and outdoor fabrics. Durable, yet washable these stylish aprons are the perfect way to keep your hands free for carrying produce or blooms all spring and summer long. It’s never too early to start your holiday shopping. Join me, as well as a dozen or so local artisans this Sunday at the Autumn Market at Grace Hall in Ossining.

I’ll be showcasing my hand made totes, zips and wine bags which have been loving crafted using upholstery and other fabric remnants. Thus, providing these materials a new life, outside of a landfill. Due to the limited quantities of materials available, every bag is completely unique and truly is 1 of 1, and make perfect gifts for all of your friends and loved ones.

Per customer request, I decided to make a few wider/ less deep bags for people who may have bigger objects they want to carry. This fun collection of remnants were screaming to become my prototype bag.

So glad I had the opportunity to upcycle these delicious fabrics from the landfill and whip them up into something new and purposeful.
