I told you guys I’ve had some things in the works.. 😏

For just under two years now, my husband and I have been working on a product that started as simply an idea in my head. From me explaining it to Shawn, drawing it on paper, taking it to a designer and manufacturer, and getting prototypes and a trademark, it’s now officially for sale on Amazon as my several shipments continue to arrive at their warehouses.

When my son was constantly throwing his sippy cup, teethers, and toys after starting to sit in a high chair, I searched for a product exactly like this so I could stop constantly saying, “don’t drop it!” Something with a strong suction cup that could keep many different types of things from hitting the ground, but still be long enough for him to drink his sippy if that’s what I had it attached to. I couldn’t find what I wanted, so we created it. And the beauty is, it can be for more than just infants!

Anybody can use this product, from babies to the elderly. The Don’t Drop It ™ is for anything you use and don’t want constantly falling to the ground. If you’re using it for infants though, it’s best for the age of 4 months to about 9 months, before they start getting too smart and inspecting the suction cup making it a game to try and figure out how to get it off the surface. As long as you adhere it to a smooth, dry, flat surface and press down in the middle for a good suction, the suction cup we worked very hard on will be sure to withstand fallen sippy cups/bottles full of liquid as well as thrown toys. It’s especially perfect to suction to the table when eating out at a restaurant with your baby!

It’s a one piece design made of food grade silicone that has been tested at a third party CPSC approved laboratory and confirmed to be free of lead, phthalates, small parts, sharp points/edges, and is non-flammable. It is also incredibly easy to clean, just wash with soap and warm water or even throw it on the top rack in your dishwasher!

I’ve had this little boutique since 2020. Over a year ago, I decided to take a break from kids clothes and accessories to fully focus on my patch hat bar. My goodness, what fun it has been doing that! But with how busy we are these days, I’ve had no time for vendor events, and along with upcoming carpal tunnel surgery, it seemed like after a year of doing it, it was time to let it all go to someone else.

I am NOT closing my business, so don’t leave me! I will soon be offering custom business patch hats, but I no longer have my Pick Your Patch bar. It has all went to an amazing couple who are starting their own business with it. I am so so excited for them as I truly loved making creations with you all and will honestly miss it so much. But, I hope you will all support the new owners once they’re up and running! They are not local but I believe plan to offer shipping in the future. I will keep you all updated on that.

For those of you who still wanted to make something with me and/or had asked me to do vendor events this fall, I apologize again, but am so thankful to you for thinking of me! And I’m INSANELY grateful to all of who have made hats and koozies with me in the past 🥹 we’ve made well over 300 hats and koozies together and I loved every minute of it with you 🫶🏼

Stick around with me though because like I said, I’m not “done” yet 😉

Last night at The McCook Buckle’s Guest Giveback event could not have been any more fun 🤎 thank you all SO SO much for getting creative with me and making these awesome hats and koozies!! I definitely missed getting pics of some though 😩
