Dear Friends,

As we prepare to close this chapter for our family at With Heart & Soul, we want to send one final note of gratitude to the people who made these years so meaningful.

First, we want to recognize our incredible employees, past and present, who have been such an important part of this business and our lives. We are especially grateful for Pam Shalvoy, our longest-tenured employee and the very first employee hired by the prior owners. Her 19 years of loyalty, dedication, and steady presence have meant more than words can say.

We also want to thank Jolene Lancia, Renee Crissafulli, and Diane Lebrun, who have worked alongside us for the past 10 years. Their dedication, care, and friendship have meant so much to our family and helped shape the heart of With Heart & Soul. We are deeply grateful not only for all they have done, but for the many ways they have shared this journey with us.

We are also thankful for the other employees who have been part of With Heart & Soul over the years and have since moved on. Each person contributed something meaningful to this store, and we truly could not have done it without them.

To our customers, thank you for your loyalty, encouragement, and support over the past 10 years. You stood by us through so much, including COVID and the challenges that followed. Through every season, your kindness, patience, and faithfulness carried us forward. This business has always been about more than a store - it has been about relationships, community, and the privilege of serving you.

We are so thankful for the memories, friendships, and trust you have given our family. It has been an honor to be part of this community and to share in so many of life's moments with you. If you have a moment over the next week, please stop by so we can thank you in person.

A New Chapter for With Heart & Soul ❤️

After so many wonderful years serving this incredible community, we are excited to officially introduce the new owner of With Heart & Soul as of September 1st - Kim Lombardi.

Kim is a longtime resident of Cumberland, Rhode Island, and we could not be more pleased to welcome someone who values community, connection, and exceptional customer service as much as we do. Kim also holds an apparel design degree from RISD and has over 20 years of apparel experience in both wholesale and retail. Kim will officially take over ownership on September 1st, and we are confident she will continue the tradition of care and excellence that has always been at the heart of With Heart & Soul.

We are also thrilled to share that Jolene Lancia, one of our longest-tenured employees, will be staying on and working alongside Kim. Jolene has been such an important part of With Heart & Soul over the years, and her continued presence will help carry forward the warmth, dedication, and personal touch that mean so much to our customers.

As John, Michelle, and Katie begin this transition, we do so with deep gratitude and great excitement for what lies ahead. With Kim stepping into ownership and Jolene continuing in her important role, we know With Heart & Soul is in wonderful hands.
