You may think I'm crazy but I don't care! As a business owner the stress and constant need for social media and being near my phone is overwhelming. I always said I wish I could go back to not having social media but "I can't because I need it for work." But, with Lent starting I decided it's the best time to trust the Lord and focus on what God wants for me and my business. I have not been nap trapped in a very long time...and I love it! I do wish she wasn't sick, but the snuggles are 💯!

17 years ago today I was snuggling with my mom in her bed watching the pink panther and procrastinating studying for my midterms. My mom had terminal Cancer so we spent a lot of time watching TV , eating oreos with milk and just hanging out in her room. Little did I know it was my last day with her.

Snuggling my sweet baby girl today has been sweet and emotional. How am I now the mom in this mother daughter snuggle session? Is it nothing or a little snuggle sent from heaven? I don't know but I'm going to soak it all in ♥️

I love all the photos of my kids but let's be real, the second set of photos are so much better! And they had so much fun doing it.

So here's how we did it:

Step 1: get a book and tour back drop ready

Step 2: find a source of light. This can be an extra phone with a white screen or a selfie light, it just needs to be small enough to hide in photos.

Step 3: open the book and place the light in the pages. And turn the lights down/off in the room.

Step 4: go nuts! Try different positions to get the light on their face but not see it, depending on your light you may have to try different things.

Idk love to see how they turn out, especially big it's our Ollie bear book📚!!!! ♥️
