Field Notes from Dealer Work Night 🦝🌿

Observed in their natural habitat: dealers fluffing displays, adjusting lights, dusting shelves, hauling furniture, fixing price tags, swapping stories, and somehow making it all look effortless.

What you see when you visit Lula-B’s is the finished picture. What you don’t always see are the evenings like this—after hours, when dozens of small business owners stay late because they care deeply about the spaces they’ve built and the people who shop them.

Every booth is someone’s tiny business. Every display is the result of someone’s eye, someone’s labor, and someone’s hope that you’ll discover the one thing you didn’t know you were looking for.

It’s one of my favorite parts of being here. So many different styles, personalities, and collections—all sharing one roof and helping make Lula-B’s feel alive.
