Waffle madness hit my kitchen the last two mornings! 🧇 I'm talking cheesecake-stuffed MASTERPIECES. Don't worry, they're basically healthy... because fruit 😇! (left to right: strawberry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, and banana cream)

My new waffle maker is getting a serious workout. From breakfast sandwiches to BBQ pulled pork waffles (yes, mashed potatoes are a genius waffle substitute), pizza waffles, and now these babies... I'm on a roll and loving every minute of it 😈

❄️It's the season for Gingerbread and Peppermint❄️

Baked some festive treats this year: gingerbread cookie bars with cinnamon cream cheese frosting, peppermint fudge brownies with peppermint buttercream and dark chocolate ganache, and gingerbread fudge. 👀🤤

The gingerbread cookie bars are a keeper – I ate half the batch in one weekend, no regrets. 🫣

Guys, I just whipped up the best homemade Christmas Tree cake ice cream! 🎄❄️ It's seriously so easy, no churn needed, just a few simple ingredients. Its loaded it up with actual chunks of those yummy Christmas Tree cakes, so every bite is pure holiday magic. 🤩 This is definitely my new go-to festive dessert! ✨ It tastes like a dream and feels like a hug from Santa himself! 🎅 Totally worth making this weekend. We've ditched apple and moved on to cranberry (with a side of blackberry because, priorities) - and honestly, it's about time.
