Festival fashion, biker energy, and bold self-expression ✨🏍️ I had the chance to chat with some beautifully styled ladies at the Black Wall Street Bikers Rally about what inspired their looks and which pieces in their closets they’d love to redesign. From statement accessories to creative visions for upcycling, the conversations were full of confidence, individuality, and style evolution. Moments like these remind me that fashion is more than clothing — it’s storytelling, transformation, and energy. 🦋

Keeping it relaxed but still making a statement in an oversized cotton shirt, denim cutoffs, fun accessories, and gold boots that do all the talking 💫

Headed to help a client restyle what she already owns, create fresh outfit combinations, and make getting dressed feel exciting again. Honestly… there’s nothing better than helping someone rediscover their wardrobe and confidence at the same time.

Birthday look… but make it unforgettable. ✨

My client brought me a light blue stretch denim double-breasted jacket that needed more than a refresh — it needed a new attitude. I immediately saw the potential to reshape it in a way that would truly honor her curves and celebrate her moment.

So I redefined the silhouette, cutting it to accentuate her shape and bring out a more feminine, contoured fit. I added corset-style lace ties along the sides using dark denim for contrast — giving her the ability to adjust, define, and own her look.

To elevate the details, I replaced the buttons with a more distinctive gunmetal gray shine and softened the edge with pearl accents for a touch of elegance. Then I finished it by accentuating the stitching and lining it with silver — just enough shine to catch the light and make a statement without overpowering the piece. I also created bangle bracelets to add more detail.

And while the mannequin doesn’t do this jacket justice… when my client put it on, she brought it to life effortlessly. Absolutely stunning.

Because the goal is never just to change the garment — it’s to align it with the woman wearing it.

This look was personal… ✨

I took a shirt dress from my own closet — one I rarely wore because the fit just didn’t honor my body — and gave it a whole new life for the Seersuckers & Sundresses weekend here in Atlanta.

What once felt basic and overlooked became something intentional and expressive. I added uneven pleats along the hem to extend the length and create movement, transforming it into a flowing sundress full of life. The collar was reimagined into a halter neckline for a flattering, elevated feel, while the sleeves were repurposed into a short shrug — perfect for those cooler evening moments.

This piece reminded me that sometimes the transformation we’re looking for is already in our closet… it just needs vision.

I’m so proud of how this came together — and yes, another version is definitely on the way for my summer collection. ☀️

Today was the day I turned 50 and Phenomenal!! I’ve always been fabulous so I had to go bigger for my next phase!😁

I appreciate the many birthday wishes and positive vibes this past weekend. I had a ball with some of my dearest and closest friends. We really enjoyed each others’s company! It was chill except for the wasp sting on my back yesterday- ooowee talk about painful!! I agree with my friend that someone sent that to me and tried to sabotage my weekend but hey! You didn’t stop my flow!😂

Thank you everyone who has had my back over the years and who has believed in me, encouraged me and adored me! I will forever be grateful!❤️
