ALL pageant wear orders & all boutique/embroidery orders priced $100 or higher require a $50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit. It will NOT be refunded under any
circumstance. Balances/Payments
Balances for ALL orders will be due upon completion & BEFORE your order ships. If your order does not require a deposit, 100% upfront payment is required. Turnaround Times
Current turnaround times become effe
ctive from the day you PAY for your order—NOT from the day you discuss it with me. I do not & will not begin an order or even buy the materials for an order until it is paid for or until a deposit is paid. Therefore, if my turnaround time is 2 weeks (which it usually is), & you pay for your order on Fri., Aug 5th, you can expect that it will be shipped around Fri., Aug. 19th, even if you messaged me to discuss the order on Mon., Aug. 1st. My turnaround time is almost always pinned to the top of my business page. Rush Orders/Fees
As stated above, my turn-around time is almost always posted at the top of my Facebook business page & is generally no less than 2 weeks. Should you choose to place a rush order, a MANDATORY $20 rush fee will be added to your order total. Refunds
Under no circumstance will a refund be given for any order, personalized or not, once that order has shipped. Pictures of completed orders are always provided to the customer before shipping acknowledging satisfaction & guaranteeing no defects. Itty Bitty Baby Bowtique is NOT responsible for any damage caused by USPS or for orders arriving past the date provided by USPS with tracking. Embroidery: Itty Bitty Baby Bowtique offers personalization of any NON-custom made item with a base price of $8. This includes a single letter, name, or monogram. Pricing on all other embroidery orders varies.
2. Pageant Wear: Custom designed OOCs (Outfits of Choice) & CWs (Casual Wears) begin at a base price of $85 & require a non-refundable deposit of $50, as stated above. General Pricing: ALL Itty Bitty Baby Bowtique items are custom made & made to order. Pricing varies on all items & is subject to change at any given time.
