Mattitos is a multiple location Tex-Mex chain restaurant.

What we tried:
🌮Tres Tacos - Grilled fish, Pork Carnitas, Brisket with black beans and rice.

He tried all three - it was ok…

🌮 Beef burrito with cheese sauce

He did understand the flavor of the ground beef which I found to be a typical American style flavor, at least from back in the day in the Midwest.

Total bill along with 1 soda + 20% tip was around $50.

Overall…

Not Mexican Approved ❌

Central Market came in clutch with their “food freebie” of $13 Waygu sausages + free chips, free ketchup + free relish + free hot dog buns so we turned it into a cheap date night. 🥰
