A little Palm Royale + a whole lot of mahj. 🌴🀄️💗

We loved kicking off a brand new year of The Mahjong Club with our members this week at our Palm Royale-themed Member Nights! From the mahjong to the laughs to simply getting everyone back around the tables together, it was the perfect way to start the year.

To all of our members — thank you for being part of this community. We have SO much fun planned for the year ahead, and we can’t wait to mahj with you! 💗

Meet Kira Hartgrove, our Retail Associate& Affiliate Manager at Peace Love Mahjong 💕

Kira brings such a thoughtful, welcoming presence to the shop — helping customers feel comfortable, confident, and excited about learning and playing mahjong.

She’s a UT Austin grad with a BA in Psychology and holds a master’s in Counseling Psychology from Texas State. She’s also a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist ✨

Kira is mom to her two teenage girls, Luna and Belle, and dog mom to Goldie 🐾 (and fun fact… her girls beat her regularly at mahjong 🤪)

Her go-to order? A flat white or a seasonal hot latte from White Rock Coffee!

Her favorite PLM product? The Taylor Swift tiles 🪩🩷

We’re so grateful for the warmth, care, and joy she brings to our PLM community ✨
