Memories of R and T Accessories – 10 Months Later
Looking back at these photos from July 4, 2011, brings back so many wonderful memories. Just 10 months after starting R and T Accessories, I was learning the ins and outs of entrepreneurship, setting up at community events, meeting customers, and building my business one sale at a time.
I didn’t have a storefront or a large budget. What I had was determination, faith, and a vision. Every necklace, bracelet, pair of earrings, and accessory on that table represented an investment in my future and a step toward building something of my own.
There were good days and challenging days, but I remained committed to my dream. Each event taught me valuable lessons about business, customer service, and perseverance. Those experiences helped shape the entrepreneur I am today.
What began as R and T Accessories has now evolved into Tara Shop 2, but I will never forget where it all started. These photos remind me that every successful business starts with a dream, hard work, and the courage to take that first step.
I am grateful for every customer, every vendor event, every word of encouragement, and every lesson learned along the way. Thank you to everyone who supported R and T Accessories then and who continues to support Tara Shop 2 today.
