Handmade quilts, afghans, and extra large receiving blankets made for the precious little one in your life. My tendency is to lean more towards goth and renaissance. But I've also come into some vintage material. Plus I find it fun to do custom work if you have a color scheme or theme to work with. These quilts are not your average find at the department store quilts. They all are completely uniqu

e. I make each and every quilt as if I were going to be using it for my children. This ensures that they are not only well made, but that they're baby perfect and look great too. The Afghans are all made out of **SOFT** baby-weight yarn or boucle. Sizing - Measurements will be listed but for those who can't really picture what the measurements would look like in your head I also categorize them as follows:
Toddler/Throw- Perfect for a growing toddler or for the Mamas and Papas
Crib size - Larger, great for the typical crib or toddler's bed. Even great for floor play. Car Seat/Snuggle Size - Smaller. Big enough for swaddling an infant but still small enough it can be used to tuck around them in a carrier or stroller. I personally LOVE this size for on the go use. Weights:
Summer/Light: Light weight batting or none at all. For afghans- Open "peek-a-boos" Lightweight and airy. Winter/Heavy: Heavy fleeces and heavier batting or multiple layers of batting. For afghans- Thicker boucle. Tightly crocheted.
