Large Antique Carpenter’s Chest-

wonderful, historic, piece that dates to the 19th century (1800s), showcasing the character, patina, and craftsmanship that come with time.

Notable features include dovetail joinery, handsome brass corner guards reminiscent of classic campaign furniture, interior storage, iron carry handles on each end.

Originally built for storing and transporting a carpenter’s tools, it would now make a striking Coffee Table or Blanket Chest!

This exquisite fender features beautifully turned barley twist detailing and a warm, aged oak patina. A strip of copper along the back tells the story of years spent in front of the hearth, gently aged and slightly turned from its time near the fire — a subtle mark of history and character. (Circa 1920’s ?)

Measuring 4’ W × 15” D × 7” H, this piece is both functional and elegant. Designed to simply rest in place, it is free-standing, easily moveable, and requires no attachment, allowing it to be placed or removed as needed.
