I’m gonna say this one time and only one time and if anyone has a problem with it, you can delete yourselves from this group.

I love my job and I love sending items to people that make them feel pretty and look pretty on their vacations!!!! I have been a small business owner for almost 25 years now and I bust my butt to make people happy, keep them happy, because this is my only job!!!!!!

But I will not and I repeat I will not allow anyone to come at me sideways because you did not receive a f***y bag, or a dress or whatever else that you need before your trip!!!!!!

I am doing everything humanly possible to get all of these items in in as much of a timely manner as I can as humanly possible!!!! I have absolutely no control over the factories time to make the products or speeding them up through customs. All I can do is send them my orders in a timely manner and get them out usually the same day that I receive them.

While you are yelling at me because your particular item didn’t arrive, just to let you know what I’ve gone through in the last week……

We’ve moved from Virginia to Florida. It ended up costing us over $10,000 more than what we were first quoted and we had to come up with that money to pay it ASAP. Then after that it’s been almost 2 weeks and we have NOTHING! other than the suitcases that would fit in our cars.

We don’t have our clothing, we don’t have our beds, we don’t have the kids toys, we have nothing but what we were able to fit in our cars. The tractor trailer has not even come here with our clothing or household items and probably won’t for another week! So because you don’t have a particular Disney item to go on your trip yet I’m sitting here in a blowup mattresses that we just bought with nothing else in this house. And you come at me sideways. It’s not wanting me to help you very much!!!!

And on top of that, my husband flew home yesterday and walked into about 3 inches of water all over our house in Va. So the contractors came today and that’s up in the thousands of dollars in damages.

So please forgive me for even agreeing to purchase items on Amazon today in the hundreds of dollars to get your items shipped out on time tomorrow! So when I tell you, I am doing everything freaking humanly possible please know that I really am.

I have bought a new printer, I have bought new cartridges, and I have bought new polymailers & boxes so I can attempt to set up some type of shop to get these items out as fast as possible! I don’t know of many shops that would be doing what I’m doing rather than just flat out Telling you to wait for your products and then probably just ignore you.

So, If anyone else comes out after me sideways, I will delete you and I will ban you from the group and you will get your items when they arrive. Oh and also I’m even paying out extra hundreds of dollars to get them shipped to me quicker.

So just remember that you don’t know what else someone is going through before you start complaining and treating them badly.

I’m going to say this once.

I love Magically Ever After and I love helping you get ready for your trips. I’ve been a small business owner for almost 25 years and I work incredibly hard for my customers.

But I will not tolerate disrespect over shipping delays. If that’s how you feel, you are welcome to leave this group.

I am doing everything I possibly can to get orders out quickly. I can’t control factory delays or Customs, but I do ship orders out as soon as they arrive to me.

My family is also going through a very hard time right now. We just moved from Virginia to Florida and are still without our belongings due to major delays and unexpected costs. Our home in Virginia also has significant water damage that my husband came home to yesterday that has calculated up in the thousands of dollars.

Even with all of this, I am still working every day. I’ve set up a temporary workspace, bought hundreds of dollars of extra computers, printers, & other supplies that I didn’t need just so I could do a makeshift office to pack out these items and I’m paying extra for expedited shipping when needed so orders can still go out in time.

I understand disappointment, but I will not accept rude or disrespectful messages. Anyone who speaks to me that way will be removed. Orders will still be fulfilled, but kindness is required here.

*** I am constantly sending updates so if anyone does a “charge back” and does not try to work with me, you will be banned. I know I have stated no returns and all of my policies, but I will work with you on either giving you store credit or even giving you something else that I have in stock. But you have to be willing to work with me too.

✨ EXCITING UPDATE! ✨

I’m SO excited! I received two small boxes of new items today, another box is coming, AND all of the items that were intercepted at Customs are officially ON THEIR WAY TO ME! 🎉💕📦

A few important updates:

*****I cannot tag you on Instagram so make sure you go to my business page on Facebook where I will tag each of you*****if the tag doesn’t work then I’m sending everyone an email on their order site. So please make sure you check that.

We STILL have not received our belongings from our move from Virginia to Florida. Everything I use to run Magically Ever After—my computer, printer, labels, poly mailers, etc.—is still on the moving truck that was supposed to arrive over a week ago. 😩📦

Britani and Carlos also had to fly back to Virginia this morning and will be driving back tomorrow, so right now I have all of the kids! 😂💕 Needless to say, there’s a lot happening!
