Join us Saturday, October 3rd (10 AM–1 PM) for a Two-at-a-Time Socks Workshop. Learn to knit two top-down socks on one long circular needle so your pair finishes together, every time.

Bonus: we just got new sock yarn in the shop, pictured above! Swing by and pick out your favorite colorway before class.

It's October tomorrow. Not sure how that happened, but here we are! Introducing Socktober Bingo: a month of cozy toes & finished heels, October 1–31.

How to play:
- Pick up a bingo card in the shop, or comment/DM us and we'll email you one to print. You don't have to be local to join in.
- It's a random card, and yes, it's the honor system. We want you challenged and having fun, not stressed.

The prizes:
Finish one sock → 10% off your next purchase
Finish a pair → 20% off + an entry into our grand prize drawing
Get Bingo → another entry into the grand prize drawing (submit by tagging us, sending a pic of your card, or dropping it off in person by October 31st)

The Royal Court of Princess Donut is back! Princess Donut sold out almost the second the yarn crawl started, so Hearts on Fiber is opening up a preorder for everyone who missed her.

This time, you can get any of the five colorways, Princess Donut, Carl, Mongo, Mordecai, and Samantha, on ANY of our regular bases. Want Carl in sock weight? Samantha in worsted? Now’s your chance.

Preorder closes October 1st so we can get the order placed. Dyeing starts next week, with plans to have everything in your hands by the end of October.

Shout out to Logan Clark and Hearts On Fiber for hosting one of our HeartHaven Learning Studio for a visit. There is nothing better than a community filled with amazing humans committed to sharing their wisdom and expertise. Our student went into that visit with curiosity around knitting, now she has a plan that enables her to reach a personal goal. Following our creative interests and chasing down things that we are curious about is an important part of both education AND agency. Thank you Logan and Hearts On Fiber for being the best yarn store around AND for your willingness to model the ideals behind the word village!
